About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide tactical support for client-facing projects
Coordinate receipt and log-in of samples and standards
Manage shipment requests
Manage sample and standard workflows, including check-outs, shipping, relog, and disposal activities
Track project progress and provide status updates
Initiate project setup processes
Manage reagent documents, including Certificates of Analysis and Safety Data Sheets
Coordinate and track internal lab-based projects, including facility audits and incident reports
Manage client communications related to sample and standard processes
Support the client relationship manager with daily progress updates
Manage timelines and identify and escalate risks
Attend internal meetings

Requirements

What you’ll need

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check, including a drug screening
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic/vocational qualification
Previous experience providing the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to 0+ years) or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
Excellent organizational skills and ability to adapt to changing priorities
Ability to manage multiple assignments with challenging/conflicting deadlines
Proficient in Microsoft suite applications, including Word, Excel, PowerBI, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated experience identifying and resolving conflicts in a professional environment
Ability to maintain confidentiality with client information and data
Ability to attain, maintain, and apply working knowledge of applicable procedural documents
Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and ability to work well with others
Ability to receive and apply constructive feedback
Ability to communicate, receive, and understand information and ideas with diverse groups of people
Ability to work upright and stationary and/or stand for typical working hours
