About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide tactical support for client-facing projects
  • Manage and support project performance, emphasizing program financial management and client communications

  • Adhere to client budgets and utilization targets; adjust forecasts or project priority weekly as needed
  • Communicate routine FTE utilization and spend
  • Manage internal and external communications, beginning with project financial coordination
  • Assist the client relationship manager with meeting minutes and action items
  • Manage study documents and testing directives; share data and reports
  • Support fee-for-service and hourly contract review processes
  • Provide or support training for Program Manager I
  • Participate in cross-functional initiatives and process improvements

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification
  • 3+ years of comparable relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
  • Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills
  • Superior time management, planning, and organizational skills
  • Competence with computers and enterprise applications, including office productivity applications
  • Proven analytical skills
  • Demonstrated compliance with procedures and policies
  • Ability to perform multiple tasks effectively in a stressful environment
  • Ability to work effectively with multi-level teams
  • Ability to communicate, receive, and understand information and ideas with diverse groups of people
  • Ability to work upright and stationary for typical working hours
  • Ability to use and learn standard office equipment and technology with proficiency
  • Ability to perform successfully under pressure while prioritizing and handling multiple projects or activities
  • May require travel
