About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provides tactical support for client-facing projects
  • Manages and supports project performance, emphasizing program financial management and client communications
  • Provides internal consultation on project management issues

  • Supports internal and external communications and client project meeting minutes/action items
  • Manages study documents and testing directives and shares data/reports
  • Supports fee-for-service and hourly contract review processes
  • Provides or supports training for Program Manager I
  • Participates in cross-functional initiatives and process improvements

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic/vocational qualification
  • 3+ years of comparable relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
  • Must pass a comprehensive background check, including drug screening
  • Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills
  • Superior time management, planning, and organizational skills
  • Competence with computers and enterprise applications, including office productivity software
  • Proven analytical skills
  • Demonstrated compliance with procedures and policies
  • Ability to perform multiple tasks effectively in a stressful environment
  • Ability to work effectively with multi-level teams
  • Ability to communicate, receive, and understand information and ideas with diverse groups
  • Ability to work upright and stationary and/or stand for typical working hours
  • Ability to lift and move objects up to 25 pounds
  • Ability to work in non-traditional work environments
