About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as a technical expert in downstream process development
- Provide comprehensive support across technology platforms
- Build relationships with customers, sales teams, and internal partners
- Deliver technical training

- Troubleshoot complex issues
- Demonstrate technologies through presentations
- Support customers' research and development goals and solution adoption from lab to manufacturing-scale bioproduction

Requirements
What you’ll need- Advanced Degree plus 6 years of experience, or Bachelor's Degree plus 8 years of experience with relevant chromatography / bioprocessing techniques
- Preferred fields of study: Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biology, Materials Science, Engineering, or related scientific field
- Technical knowledge in protein purification, chromatography, process development, or related fields
- Experience in customer-facing technical support and training
- Strong communication skills with ability to explain complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Problem-solving abilities and analytical troubleshooting expertise
- Project management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams
- Presentation and technical writing capabilities
- Fluency in English required; additional languages beneficial
- Ability to travel up to ~50% within assigned territory
- Valid driver's license and passport for international travel where required
- Experience with downstream method development and optimization
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and quality systems (GMP, GLP) preferred
