About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support Finance and shared services teams with accounting-system issues through problem solving and solution coordination
  • Prioritize work to meet internal client deadlines
  • Administer ERP systems, including security, configuration, routine auditing, training, and efficient processing
  • Develop queries, data feeds, and reports
  • Identify system-use improvements and reporting opportunities
  • Test Oracle functionality uptakes, Redwood upgrades, adoption initiatives, automation, and Oracle AI/Agentic AI capabilities
  • Evaluate, recommend, plan, test, and implement improvements, enhancements, and upgrades to Fusion Procurement, Inventory, and ancillary Finance systems
  • Support interfaces with internal and external systems
  • Maintain systems documentation, procedure manuals, tables, and code lists
  • Liaise with IT staff and external vendors on application development and implementation
  • Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve programming or systems-related problems
  • Support Oracle service requests, business analysis, requirements gathering, reporting, custom solutions, data integrity, and ongoing financial-system operations

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business Administration
  • 10–12 years of experience supporting or implementing Oracle Cloud ERP or on-premises financial systems
  • Hands-on experience in P2P modules: Procurement, Inventory, Supply Chain, and Accounts Payables
  • Exposure to financial modules such as GL, AR, CM, Tax, and AGIS
  • Familiarity with financial processes, BPM Workflows, system integrations, and data flow across modules
  • Basic proficiency in SQL and understanding of relational database concepts
  • Oracle and Cloud experience
  • Experience with Fusion Procurement, Inventory, Supply Chain, and Payables is mandatory
  • Prior ERP implementation and/or support experience
  • Experience in global enterprise environments is desirable
  • Experience with Oracle Financials, Vertex, OTBI, or BI Publisher is advantageous
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Visio
  • Ability to develop and deliver ERP application training
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to manage confidential data appropriately
