About the role

Requirements
What you’ll need- BS/Masters Degree plus 12 years of experience in sales operations, commercial excellence, or related business functions preferred
- Preferred Fields of Study: Business Administration, Science, Engineering, or related field
- Industry certifications in sales operations, project management, or process improvement methodologies valued
- 3+ years of people management experience leading cross-functional teams preferred
- Advanced proficiency in CRM systems, especially Salesforce.com, and business intelligence tools
- Strong expertise in sales performance analytics, forecasting, and pipeline management
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement sales incentive programs and compensation structures
- Experience with process optimization and continuous improvement methodologies
- Excellence in data analysis, visualization, and presentation of insights to executive audiences
- Strong project management skills with ability to lead multiple concurrent initiatives
- Proven track record of collaborating effectively in a matrix organization
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience with sales enablement tools and technologies
- Ability to travel up to 2-3 times a year or as needed
- Knowledge of compliance requirements and business process governance
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking capabilities
- Experience with change management and organizational development
- Ability to influence and build relationships across all organizational levels
- Knowledge of ERP systems and database tools preferred
- Foreign language skills valued but not required
