About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Partner with Commercial, Division/Group Finance, and Operational leaders to improve visibility into sales, revenue, pipeline, customer performance, and forecasting
  • Translate complex financial information into clear narratives and actionable insights for senior leadership
  • Lead and develop a team of three analysts, including an FLDP
  • Serve as a primary partner to commercial leadership across Sales, Marketing, Accounts, and Sales Operations supporting global sales of approximately $8B
  • Partner with divisional commercial finance to improve forecasting accuracy, pipeline visibility, sales productivity, and commercial execution
  • Bridge communications and deliverables across commercial sales and finance teams and PSG Group Finance
  • Build trusted partnerships across a highly matrixed global organization
  • Partner with the Center of Excellence in Bulgaria to support key workstreams, establish repeatable processes, and improve efficiency and consistency
  • Support Strategic Accounts annual growth planning
  • Partner with Group Finance and Commercial Operations on strategic projects, including rebate strategy, special credit applications, and annual revenue requirements
  • Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial planning processes across assigned commercial functions, including MBR, QBR, AOP, and STRAP
  • Establish repeatable executive-level reporting across customer segments, Biotech regions, Selling teams, and Strategic clients
  • Drive continuous improvement in forecasting, commercial reporting, financial governance, and operating rhythms
  • Maintain and enhance Power BI dashboards for real-time business and financial performance visibility
  • Develop standardized KPI reporting and executive dashboards for predictive commercial decision-making
  • Build commercial finance capabilities in business acumen, financial modeling, storytelling, and analytical skills
  • Manage, develop, and mentor three direct reports; set goals, drive accountability, and provide day-to-day support
  • Support individual development plans and career progression discussions
  • Coordinate and lead commercial transformation opportunities with COE teams

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
  • 8+ years of progressive finance or FP&A experience, preferably within a highly matrixed, multi-site organization
  • Demonstrated experience partnering with and supporting senior leadership
  • Proven ability to synthesize complex financial and business information into clear, executive-level recommendations
  • Experience leading through ambiguity and driving organizational change
  • Strong communication, influencing, and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Self-motivated with a strong bias for action and demonstrated ability to take ownership and drive results
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail and ability to assess broader business context and overall business impact
  • Strong analytical capabilities with expertise in Excel, financial reporting, and planning tools
  • Experience with systems such as SFDC and Hyperion Planning
  • Consistent track record of delivering exceptional results while managing multiple priorities, meeting deadlines, and maintaining accurate and reliable work
  • Ability to translate financial and operational insights into clear, compelling messages and influence stakeholders across functions and organizational levels
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity, navigating a complex matrixed environment, and helping drive organizational change
