About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide global financial leadership for overall FP&A reporting and analytics in the Chromatography and Mass Spectrometry Division
  • Interpret results and forecasts to generate actionable insights
  • Provide business and financial mentorship to the organization
  • Drive alignment and actions that improve CMD business performance
  • Partner with Operations and broader CMD cross-functional teams on global reporting and analytics
  • Lead the Annual Operating Plan, long-range strategic plan, month-end/quarter-end close cycles, and recurring management reporting
  • Assess financial and business performance and highlight progress toward goals
  • Lead risk and opportunity reviews
  • Identify and implement scalable solutions to optimize Operations Finance processes
  • Integrate compliance and accounting-controllership into business decisions in line with company policies, US GAAP, and the Sarbanes-Oxley Act

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
  • Minimum of 8 years of growing responsibility in finance business partnership
  • Manufacturing and/or Supply Chain finance experience
  • Track record of delivering outstanding results beyond the finance function
  • Outstanding analytical, problem solving and critical thinking skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills, spoken and written, with all levels of management
  • Ability to lead and implement ideas in a matrix environment and across functional and global business reporting structures
  • Personal and business values aligned with the company’s 4i values
  • Ability to translate strategy into actionable and measurable initiatives
  • Strong systems experience with SAP, Hyperion, and digital tools such as PowerBI and ChatGPT/AI
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally approximately 10%
