About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies for priority biopharma segments, applications, and customer workflows
- Lead customer-centric workflow positioning, value propositions, messaging, and go-to-market strategies across chromatography, mass spectrometry, software, consumables, and related technologies
- Manage and develop a high-performing team responsible for workflow marketing, campaigns, content, and commercial collateral
- Partner with product marketing teams to align product-level strategies with broader biopharma workflow opportunities
- Translate customer insights, market trends, competitive intelligence, and business priorities into actionable marketing programs
- Guide the creation and activation of workflow collateral, digital content, campaigns, presentations, sales enablement tools, and application-focused materials
- Collaborate with commercial, applications, digital marketing, product management, and regional teams to activate strategies globally
- Build alignment among stakeholders and drive execution of cross-divisional biopharma initiatives
- Establish objectives and performance metrics, using market and campaign insights to optimize programs and marketing investments
- Identify growth and differentiation opportunities based on biopharma customer needs, workflows, emerging technologies, and competitive dynamics
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in life sciences, chemistry, biochemistry, biotechnology, marketing, business, or a related field required
- 5+ years of progressive marketing, product marketing, commercial marketing, or related experience in life sciences, biopharma, analytical instrumentation, or a related industry
- Demonstrated success developing and executing strategic marketing plans for complex scientific technologies, applications, or workflows
- Experience translating technical capabilities into differentiated customer value propositions and compelling marketing strategies
- Experience working across product portfolios and functions in a global, matrixed organization
- Prior people leadership experience with a demonstrated ability to develop and lead high-performing teams preferred
- Advanced scientific degree and/or MBA preferred
- Travel up to 30% as required
