About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the PPG STCA team with daily production data analysis and ad hoc analytical requests
- Query, extract, and analyze product telemetry and user signals to identify opportunities, trends, and potential issues
- Provide data-driven insights for Agent Growth, Vertical Skills, and related product initiatives
- Investigate product performance, user behavior, feature adoption, and other key product metrics
- Develop recurring reports, dashboards, and visualizations to support data-driven decision-making and rapid product iteration
- Partner with Product Managers, Applied Scientists, Engineers, and stakeholders across China and the US
Requirements
What you’ll need- Mandarin and English language proficiency (specified in the job title)
- Ability to query, extract, and analyze product telemetry and user signals
- Ability to investigate product performance, user behavior, feature adoption, and key product metrics
