新製品開発システム、社内変更管理システムに沿った文書作成、およびその管理・維持
製品不具合に関するトラブルシューティング
メールや電話を通じて、部門横断的なチームと連携しながら品質課題の調査・解決を図る
原材料調達、中間製品調達に伴う外部協力会社とのコミュニケーション
国内外の関連会議の設定および進行
APACを中心に、US・EUを含むグローバルな製品品質業務を担当

Requirements

What you’ll need

修士号などの上位学位＋3年以上、または学士号＋5年以上の、工業用業界における品質保証業務の経験
日本語（N1レベル以上：ビジネスレベルの日本語/ネイティブレベルの日本語が望ましい）
英語に堪能であること（中国語でのコミュニケーションが可能であるとなお良い）
cGMP、ISO 13485/9001、およびFDA、EMAなどの該当する法規制要件に関する十分な知識
CAPA、逸脱管理、変更管理、リスクマネジメント、FMEA、内部監査・外部監査に関する品質システムの専門知識
高度な問題解決能力および根本原因分析のスキル
最大25％程度の国内出張、および柔軟な勤務スケジュールへの対応
品質管理ソフトウェアおよびMicrosoft Officeの操作スキル
バリデーションおよび適格性評価プロトコルに関する経験
統計分析および品質管理ツールに関する知識
文書管理能力
