Key responsibilities & impact

Ensure adherence to CSLM lifecycle processes, development standards, quality requirements, and relevant tools throughout the application lifecycle
Design, develop, configure, and maintain system components according to business requirements, technical specifications, and coding standards
Write efficient, scalable, maintainable, and high-quality code
Conduct and participate in code reviews, code refactoring, and continuous improvement activities
Troubleshoot application defects, performance issues, and production incidents using structured problem-solving and Root Cause Analysis
Perform unit, system, and validation testing
Collaborate with Application Managers, business partners, Operations, and IT teams on application maintenance, support, deployment, and enhancements
Analyze applications and technology stacks for modernization and performance improvement opportunities
Stay current with Microsoft Azure, cloud architecture, automation, and applied AI technologies
Support integration of AI-enabled workflows, automation, APIs, AI services, and data-driven insights
Review system and database architecture and recommend improvements for scalability, performance, and design
Prepare and maintain requirements, technical specifications, design documents, test plans, deployment documentation, and user/support manuals
Develop technical effort, cost, and resource estimates and contribute to project planning
Mentor Associate Developers and junior resources through coaching, code reviews, knowledge sharing, and troubleshooting support
Ensure development, testing, deployment, support, and documentation meet quality, security, compliance, and operational-readiness requirements

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proficient hands-on experience with C# and the .NET platform
Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and application development principles
Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, logic, analysis, and problem-solving techniques
Skilled in Microsoft SQL Server and SQL
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Familiarity with MVC and DOM concepts
Exposure to Node.js, AngularJS, and NPM
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, source control, deployment practices, and cloud technologies
Exposure to Microsoft Azure preferred
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and Azure DevOps
Exposure to AI and Machine Learning concepts
Familiarity with integrating AI services and APIs preferred
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
Strong attention to detail
Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and manage competing responsibilities
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams
Ability and willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to evolving technical environments
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (BE, B Tech, ME, M Tech, BCA/MCA, BSC/M Sc)
6–8 years of experience in systems development, implementation, and support roles with the required technologies
