Provides systems analysis, design, development, testing and support on highly complex technical information system components
Trains, mentors, and works cross-functionally within the organization
Designs, develops, tests, and supports enterprise-level Oracle database applications
Develops scalable, secure, and maintainable business applications
Supports statistical analysis plan development and review

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong hands-on experience with Oracle APEX / Forms development
Strong Oracle PL/SQL programming, troubleshooting, analytical and performance tuning skills
Experience designing, developing, testing, and supporting enterprise-level Oracle database applications
Excellent interpersonal skills to train/mentor/work cross-functionally within the organization
Ability to develop scalable, secure, and maintainable business applications
Experience with Java development preferred
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Demonstrated experience in statistical analysis plan development and review
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in teams
Ability to meet deadlines and manage competing priorities
Strong attention to detail and quality focus
Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification
