Understand off-the-shelf data requirements and work with vendors to assess fitness-for-purpose, licensing constraints, and data provenance
Coordinate multi-site or multi-country data collection engagements
Serve as the operational bridge between internal data science/product teams and external vendor partners on collection protocols, tooling requirements, and delivery timelines
