About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage recurring digital campaign reporting across clients and platforms
- Use AI-enabled tools to automate data collection, reporting, analysis and performance-trend identification
- Develop dashboards and reporting templates
- Analyze campaign performance across channels, audiences, creative, geography and other variables
- Identify trends, anomalies and optimization opportunities
- Translate data into concise insights and recommendations for Media and Account teams
- Develop and manage campaign naming conventions, UTMs, tracking parameters and campaign taxonomy
- Coordinate and QA pixels, conversion events and other campaign tracking
- Troubleshoot tracking discrepancies with internal teams, publishers, platforms and client/web teams
- Validate campaign data across ad servers, media platforms, analytics platforms and reporting environments
- Maintain data-governance standards and identify discrepancies before client reporting
- Support campaign setup, trafficking and launch QA
- Evaluate AI, analytics and automation tools to improve campaign measurement, workflow efficiency and client reporting
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2–4 years of digital media, ad operations, marketing analytics or campaign measurement experience
- Strong Excel and/or Google Sheets capabilities
- Familiarity with GA4, Google Tag Manager, Campaign Manager 360, Meta, Google Ads, DV360 and/or other DSPs
- Strong working understanding of CPM, CPC, CTR, CPA/CPL, conversion rate, reach, frequency and other media and performance KPIs
- Experience using generative AI and/or AI-enabled analytics tools
- Ability to validate AI-generated outputs
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to identify data anomalies and troubleshoot measurement issues
- Disciplined approach to campaign naming, tagging, tracking, QA and data governance
- Ability to translate data into clear, concise insights and actionable recommendations
- Collaborative approach to working across Media, Digital, Account and client/web teams
- Genuine curiosity about media technology, analytics, automation and AI
