About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as the first point of contact for valued customers.
- Assist with product advice and resolve order issues.
- Engage with customers via live chat, phone, email and social media.

Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English & German
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills
- A professional, friendly and hard-working individual

- Remote (UK Based)
- Willingness to work a shift rotation between 8am-8pm with a 1 in 3 weekend
