About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Build and operate Thiga Academy’s acquisition engine alongside the Head of Marketing & Events
  • Structure the end-to-end acquisition funnel and identify channels, messaging, and conversion levers
  • Continuously test organic and paid LinkedIn, email, SEO, partnerships, and trade shows, quickly discontinuing ineffective channels
  • Create and iterate on catalog and session landing pages based on data
  • Set up email sequences in HubSpot for nurturing, follow-ups, and reactivation, including A/B tests on subject lines and CTAs
  • Support the launch of new training programs with a dedicated acquisition plan
  • Create materials in Figma, including catalogs, sales sheets, and brochures
  • Represent the Academy at trade shows and events to generate qualified leads
  • Track funnel KPIs, including traffic, clicks, conversions, acquisition cost per enrollee, and session occupancy
  • Build HubSpot dashboards and identify funnel drop-off points
  • Present results to the Head of Marketing & Events to inform decisions on messaging, offers, and channels
  • Define and maintain the editorial strategy, including LinkedIn posts, articles, newsletters, and short-form content on product and AI
  • Engage with alumni and the learner community through testimonials and real-world case studies
  • Use AI at every stage with Claude, Nano Banana, Figma, HeyGen, and Granola

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Education: business or communications school, currently completing a first- or second-year master’s degree, ideally specializing in marketing, growth, or entrepreneurship
  • Demonstrated personal use of AI: a side project, a ChatGPT or Claude account used daily, a Make or n8n workflow, a custom agent, an LLM-assisted blog, a GitHub repository, or equivalent evidence of AI use
  • Growth mindset: think in terms of funnels, formulate hypotheses, then test and measure
  • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets and an interest in dashboard analysis
  • Ability to write engaging content and experience managing a page, account, or community
  • Strong operational discipline and attention to detail, particularly for email sequences and A/B tests
  • Understanding of MQL, CAC, and NPS concepts
  • Curiosity, drive, resourcefulness, and a willingness to take initiative
  • You do not need to know everything from day one; curiosity and a desire to learn by doing are expected
