About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop and deliver Thomas’s global organic social strategy across relevant platforms
Create social content from internal expertise, research, customer stories and product developments
Help Thomas leaders and subject matter experts build credible professional profiles and advocate for the business
Build and engage online communities of customers, partners, HR professionals and business leaders
Identify and deliver PR opportunities across publications, podcasts, events, journalists and influencers
Monitor industry conversations, trends, competitor activity and brand sentiment
Measure social, PR and community performance and improve activity using data and insight
Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Product, Partnerships and leadership to uncover stories and expertise

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience in social media, PR, communications or community management, ideally within B2B SaaS, technology or professional services
Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills, adaptable to different platforms and audiences
Demonstrable experience growing social engagement, audience reach, community participation or brand visibility
Experience creating content for senior leaders or helping subject matter experts build professional profiles
Experience identifying and delivering PR opportunities with journalists, publications, podcasts, events or influencers
Strong understanding of social media analytics and using performance data to improve results
Excellent communication, relationship-building and influencing skills
Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities and opportunities
Commercial awareness and understanding of how brand, social and communications activity contributes to business growth
Creative, curious and proactive approach focused on delivering results
