About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide support, guidance, coordination, and intervention to assigned youth and families in the Foster Care program
- Arrive punctually and be prepared
- Display trauma-informed practices and principles in interactions with customers, peers, and leadership
- Ensure documentation for all foster children meets regulatory compliance
- Manage the entire health record
- Ensure treatment plans and authorizations adhere to policy
- Provide effective crisis response as needed
- Achieve individual outcomes and targets/goals
- Contribute to the overall program team and department
- Support the organization’s culture and values
Requirements
What you’ll need- Must have a valid Driver License
- Must meet any credentialing, licensing, and privileging standards as it pertains to the department
- Bachelor’s Degree in social work or related field
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite application software
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Meets designation as a Qualified Professional in NC
- Must pass a drug screening test
- Extensive background check required
- Passion for working with youth & adolescents
