About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and execute account plans for new and existing small to mid-sized corporate accounts
  • Expand revenue with existing customers and prospect for new business
  • Close full-solution sales to corporate customers for Risk/Fraud products
  • Actively prospect new and existing customers to build the sales pipeline
  • Maintain monthly and quarterly pipeline coverage at three times sales targets
  • Lead the full sales process from prospecting through deal closing and renewal
  • Meet or exceed revenue targets
  • Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions to customer needs
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
  • Demonstrate how solutions address customer challenges
  • Maintain accurate Salesforce records and reliable sales forecasts
  • Conduct direct client meetings in person or via MS Teams
  • Travel throughout the assigned territory

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience in the FinTech space and/or selling data solutions is a plus
  • Proven ability to sell complex technology solutions to small and medium companies with less than $500M in revenue
  • Consultative and value-based selling approach
  • Experience with high velocity sales and land-and-expand approaches
  • Experience selling to C-level executives using a solution-selling approach
  • Ability to identify business challenges and their business impact
  • Skilled in leading detailed sales processes involving various stakeholders
  • Enthusiasm for prospecting
  • Ability to manage the entire sales cycle independently from initiation to closure
  • Ability to develop and execute an account plan
  • Able to work from home and travel in the territory
  • College degree preferred
  • Minimum of 4 years of direct field sales experience
  • Corporate-sector sales experience preferred
  • Proven exemplary track record of sales quota overachievement
