About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Prospect for new sales opportunities, develop the pipeline, and close opportunities
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities and pass them to the appropriate resource
  • Promote and sell products through outbound and inbound telephone calls to existing and potential customers
  • Qualify leads through outbound telephone calls using established criteria
  • Plan delivery of solutions and answer technical and procedural questions for less experienced team members
