About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support operational areas for professional services, including order processing, credits, time entry and billing, access requirements, quality assurance, reporting, and governance
- Contribute to strategic operational improvement efforts
- Develop, review, and maintain high-level operational documentation and communications
- Oversee POM information channels and manage triage, routing, and response through email, MS Teams, and roundtable discussions
- Drive revenue management initiatives, especially month-end research and resolution
- Foster creativity, innovation, and continuous improvement through team feedback
- Participate in and lead Operations discussions, tools, and resources
- Execute special projects and additional duties while providing strategic input and leadership
Requirements
What you’ll need- Advanced English proficiency; candidates will be tested before setting up an interview
- At least 5 years' experience in similar roles
- Extensive understanding of operational and revenue businesses, including back-office processes, operations, and technologies
- Expertise in multiple technology platforms and ability to quickly adapt to new technologies
- Intermediate level experience with SAP
- Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with O365 and Power Platforms
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Excellent oral and written communication abilities
- Demonstrated success leading process improvement initiatives with measurable results
- Project management skills with a strategic approach to developing and prioritizing goals and plans
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field, or equivalent experience (preferred)
- Experience in professional services, including time entry, billing, and month-end revenue reconciliation
- Advanced SAP experience, including order-to-cash processes
- Experience with Power Automate, Power BI, or Power Apps
- Process improvement or project management certification such as Lean Six Sigma or PMP
- Knowledge of internal controls and governance such as SOX as applied to revenue processes
- Experience working in a global, matrixed environment
- Updated resume in English required for application
