About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Drive the President's top priorities from idea to result
  • Run an operating rhythm built around two-week cycles and immediate priorities
  • Represent the President in appropriate internal and external settings
  • Carry forward directives and initiatives with discretion and authority
  • Prepare and follow up for board, customer, partner, and internal leadership meetings
  • Track action items to completion with critical partners and customers
  • Act as a sounding board for the President and anticipate needs
  • Unlock decisions and provide informed pushback
  • Interpret business metrics and provide evidence-based decision support
  • Accompany the President on major trips and high-priority meetings
  • Capture decisions, drive alignment, and track next steps to closure
  • Build trusted relationships across the organization and surface risks and opportunities
  • Create feedback loops supporting decision-making and healthy culture
  • Partner with communications, investor relations, and PR on the President's messaging
  • Own agendas and materials for leadership and segment meetings
  • Help identify, hire, and onboard additional talent for the President's office

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5-10+ years in commercial, business operations, management consulting, or a strategic operator role
  • Demonstrated success as a Chief of Staff or equivalent high-impact operator supporting a senior executive
  • Technical and product fluency to work closely with engineering and product teams
  • Relentless follow-through and systems thinking
  • Sound judgment and discretion with sensitive and confidential matters
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to influence executive stakeholders
  • Structured problem-solving in ambiguous, fast-changing situations
  • Internally driven, with willingness to work at any level of scope
  • Ability to travel periodically with the President and adapt to shifting priorities in real time
