About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage a portfolio of existing customer accounts across the country
- Preserve revenue and maximize incremental sales opportunities inside and outside the renewal window
- Meet monthly sales and renewal targets
- Validate customer needs, shape product plans, and drive deals to close
- Support development and execution of territory growth strategies with the partner AE
- Forecast sales weekly and maintain a clean SFDC pipeline
- Conduct demonstrations to introduce and position new products and solutions
- Monitor upcoming anniversary customers and identify at-risk accounts
- Identify account triggers, run analytics reports, follow mitigation plans, and drive customer success
- Secure long-term revenue by targeting multi-year contract goals
- Leverage digital tools to drive automated and scalable customer interactions
- Establish and maintain customer satisfaction
- Communicate and work with partners to resolve unique customer issues
Requirements
What you’ll need- Well-developed sales process and negotiation aptitude
- Demonstrated ability to drive high customer contact volume
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Extensive experience in partnership oriented sales positions
- High degree of professionalism, customer centricity, and flexibility
- Bachelor's degree preferred
