About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage client relationships and implement account plans to strengthen relationships, expand print and digital offerings, and increase client loyalty
  • Identify business development opportunities within the assigned territory
  • Partner with sales representatives to support business growth
  • Assist with negotiations and contract renewals to achieve revenue targets and strategic objectives
  • Address customer concerns and provide timely, solutions-focused resolutions
  • Participate in market analysis
  • Share customer and market insights with internal teams to inform strategic decisions, services, and product development
  • Document customer calls, orders, and case activity in the CRM system
  • Follow established policies and guidelines
  • Support revenue growth, client retention, and customer satisfaction

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in client relationship management, account management, or a related field
  • Demonstrated ability to support client growth and retention
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong customer service skills and a client-first approach
  • Understanding of the print and digital landscape
  • Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and client needs
  • Proficiency with CRM systems such as Salesforce
  • Proficiency with SAP
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience supporting contract renewals, negotiations, or territory-based account management preferred
  • Experience identifying business development or account growth opportunities preferred
  • Experience in the print, publishing, legal, or professional services industry preferred
  • Experience collaborating with sales teams and other internal business partners preferred
