About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Analyze source material from multiple resources
  • Write, edit, and update clear, accurate, customer-facing content
  • Own the content production process from coding and copyreading through merging, rendering, loading, and validation
  • Use Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) for coding, editing, merging, DITA formatting, and content checks
  • Transform confusing, incomplete, or mixed-up source material into clear, well-organized customer content
  • Maintain ownership of content accuracy and completeness
  • Work independently on familiar tasks and seek guidance on more difficult tasks
  • Identify and resolve routine content problems and escalate unclear issues
  • Manage workload and meet deadlines while collaborating with teammates
  • Test and review content across different formats
  • Suggest small process improvements
  • Leverage product knowledge to enhance workflow and content for strategic products
  • Learn the team's content, systems, tools, and general product knowledge over time

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Process-oriented and comfortable following and improving structured, multi-step content workflows
  • Strong attention to detail and consistently accurate, complete, quality-checked work
  • Strong writing skills across content types
  • Ability to write and edit in a consistent, appropriate tone and style
  • Ability to work effectively with incomplete, conflicting, or multi-source information and know when to escalate
  • Comfortable learning new product context quickly
  • Ability to work successfully in a team environment and understand team member roles
  • Preferred: exposure to AI-assisted content tools or workflows
  • Preferred: familiarity with knowledge maps or other structured-content models
  • Preferred: basic content or data analytics skills
  • Preferred: experience with DITA or other structured-authoring frameworks
  • Preferred: experience working in a component content management system (CCMS)
  • Preferred: broader digital, consumer-facing, or SEO-oriented content creation experience
  • Preferred: strong product knowledge in a strategic product area
