About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Build digital solutions for HR processes and workflows, People Analytics products, and related tools using React front-end and FastAPI backend architectures
Design and maintain backend data systems, including hands-on work with Snowflake
Build LLM-based workflows and Agentic AI solutions for HR and People Analytics use cases
Tackle new business problems and explore large volumes of data
Work with business stakeholders to understand needs and design custom solutions
Interrogate data and conduct independent research
Apply various analytical techniques to ambiguous business problems
Develop and implement machine learning models in production

Requirements

What you’ll need

Must have at least 2–4 years of experience working in the data science domain
Knowledge of advanced statistical modelling, testing, data mining, and data science techniques
Experience with modelling frameworks including Scikit-learn, PyTorch, and TensorFlow
Highly proficient in Python and SQL or another querying language
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
Experience building machine learning algorithms and implementing models in production
Conceptual understanding of Hadoop and cloud computing such as AWS
Experience using Amazon Web Services is a plus
Experience developing applications using React and FastAPI is a plus
Experience developing AI-powered workflows or tools, such as LLM-based agents and automation pipelines, is a plus
Demonstrated participation on platforms like Kaggle is a plus
Strong logical and scientific approach to problem-solving
Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Ability to communicate complex results simply and concisely at all organizational levels
Ability to excel in a fast-paced, startup-like environment
Experience with business analytics applications including sentiment analysis and topic modelling, predictive modelling, customer segmentation/profiling, AI/LLM workflows and prompt engineering, or recommendation engines
