About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as the go-to consultant for frontline teams from early deal stages
  • Shape strategy, structure and commercial approach for large, complex opportunities
  • Identify blockers early, navigate internal approvals and processes, and own issues through deal close
  • Coach and educate frontline teams on policies, Rules of Engagement and best practices
  • Balance competing demands across countries, deal sizes and deadlines while maintaining quality and governance
  • Build understanding of products and markets across Asia and GCR and provide relevant commercial advice
  • Partner with Legal, Finance, Customer to Cash, Tax and other teams from quote to cash
  • Share field insights, support process improvements, create feedback loops, and help roll out new policies and processes

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years relevant experience
  • Ability to work in a complex matrix environment
  • Self-starter who thrives with autonomy and manages own workload
  • Experience in a SaaS and AI enabled services industry
  • Solid grounding in solution selling and complex commercial deals
  • Proven experience supporting sales teams on large, complex new deals and renewals
  • Solid commercial acumen and familiarity with legal clauses with commercial impact in customer contracts
  • Curiosity about products and markets
  • Confidence and empathy when working with frontline and senior sales leaders
  • Strong prioritization skills and agility in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • Ability to coach others on policy and best practice
  • Experience in customer contracting or the full sales cycle
  • Experience leveraging AI tools, data-driven reporting and process improvement
  • Experience with SAP
  • Experience with bid automation tools such as Qvidian
  • Cultural awareness and ability to build trust across different countries and working styles
  • Experience with Salesforce, CPQ/order capture tools, AI tools and advanced Excel skills
