About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own the SafeSend portfolio end to end, including Gather, Organizers, e-Sign, Delivery, Returns, and Extensions
  • Deliver the portfolio season over season at the reliability and scale required by tax-filing peaks
  • Converge SafeSend and TaxCaddy into one Gather & Deliver experience
  • Turn SafeSend components into reusable workflow components across the gather–prepare–deliver flow and CoCounsel platform
  • Expand the SafeSend API surface with open APIs, events, and integrations
  • Enable firms and partners to embed SafeSend in their portals and workflows
  • Provide orchestration so AI agents and partner systems can coordinate gathering and delivery programmatically
  • Bring agentic Gather and AI-driven extraction, preparation, and review into SafeSend on the CoCounsel platform
  • Shape a market-defining product and reduce manual work for firms

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 8+ years in product management
  • Experience leading a product line at scale as a Director or senior PM
  • Experience building and productizing platform, API, or developer-facing products
  • Track record of converging or migrating products without disrupting existing customers
  • Fluency with AI-native products, including data extraction, agents, and orchestration
  • Comfort partnering with a platform team
  • Strong systems thinking and ability to view a portfolio as composable components
  • Strongly preferred experience in the tax and accounting workflow space
  • Strong stakeholder management
  • Proven record of building high-performing teams
  • Preferred background in tax and accounting, fintech, or document/data-processing workflows
  • Preferred experience partnering with large enterprise customers as design partners
  • Comfort owning commercially consequential product decisions
  • Advanced business or technical degree preferred
