About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support editorial operations for legislative and case law content
- Assist with researching, capturing, reading, analyzing, reviewing, and organizing legal content for digital products
- Contribute to updating and processing legislative and case law information
- Participate in organizing and documenting editorial and operational processes
- Support the continuous improvement of workflows
- Collaborate on operational efficiency and innovation initiatives, including the use of Artificial Intelligence tools
- Work collaboratively with different departments and support the team’s recurring requests
- Validate scripts and layouts for content compliance
- Produce content related to municipal taxes
Requirements
What you’ll need- Currently pursuing a degree in Law
- Strong command of Portuguese, with attention to clarity, grammatical accuracy, and concise communication
- Previous experience working at law firms or in legal departments
- Proactive and collaborative approach, with an interest in learning, improving processes, and using technology to support work
- Experience with or familiarity with using Artificial Intelligence in day-to-day activities is desirable
- English proficiency is a plus
