About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide operational and administrative support to the Corporate Strategy (M&A) team and VP, Enterprise Strategy
- Report to the Head of Corporate Strategy, M&A
- Support complex scheduling, project management, and information requests
- Process expenses, invoices, and outside services costs
- Coordinate meetings and events
- Track information requests and collate presentations
- Use Microsoft Office 365, Workday, and Travel & Expense systems
- Identify, research, and resolve complex problems and issues
- Build relationships with internal administrative professionals to determine solutions
- Interact with senior management and administrative support staff
- Compose and prepare reports and correspondence, including proofreading
- Maintain and prioritize calendars and redirect informational inquiries
- Prepare domestic and international itineraries and travel arrangements
- Manage projects and support management-led meetings and events
- Execute special projects, ad-hoc requests, and other assigned duties
Requirements
What you’ll need- College diploma/University degree or equivalent experience
- 3 to 5+ years of experience providing senior leadership/executive support
- Advanced computer skills including MS Office, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, and OneNote
- Proficiency with billing, travel, and expense management systems
- Experience working within fast-paced, complex, dynamic, and multi-cultural business environments
- Excellent oral and written communication abilities
- Exemplary judgment and discretion when handling sensitive and confidential issues
- Thorough knowledge of general office practices
- Resourcefulness in gathering data and obtaining answers
- Detail-oriented with the ability to work efficiently with complex information
- Ability to work proactively with minimal supervision and manage competing demands
- Proven organization skills and ability to shift focus quickly
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and meet aggressive deadlines
