About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide consultative support to business units and resellers, identifying improvement opportunities and helping achieve targets
- Ensure the implementation methodology and defined quality standards are followed
- Monitor implementation, retention, and performance metrics, developing action plans when needed
- Train and guide business units on products, processes, and best practices
- Monitor and validate compliance with processes, metrics, and performance levels
- Identify business needs and translate them into solutions using Thomson Reuters products
- Partner with Product, Engineering, and Implementation teams to ensure solutions meet customer needs
- Support implementations, testing, go-live activities, and the resolution of escalated issues
- Independently manage activities and business units, ensuring quality, timely delivery, and a positive experience for customers and partners
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience with system implementations, consulting, Customer Success, projects, or operations related to technology solutions
- Experience building consultative relationships with customers, partners, business units, or channels
- Ability to understand business processes and translate them into solutions and action plans
- Experience with customer or partner training, enablement, or development
- Comfortable working with metrics, targets, and performance monitoring
- Analytical ability to identify problems and improvement opportunities and recommend solutions
- Willingness to travel, given the role’s support for business units and resellers
- Knowledge of software implementation methodologies
- Experience with B2B solutions, ERP, or enterprise systems
- Experience working with business models involving partners, franchises, resellers, or channels
- Experience managing implementation, adoption, quality, and retention metrics
