Lead the design and delivery of complex, large-scale software solutions
Own end-to-end delivery for key products or programs
Drive technical strategy, architecture, execution, and technical outcomes

Requirements

What you’ll need

8+ years of experience building scalable, enterprise-grade applications
Experience with .NET, React JS, Azure cloud services, AI, and microservices architecture
Deep expertise in system design, SOLID principles, and design patterns
Experience delivering complex, large-scale solutions
Experience solving ambiguous, high-impact problems and breaking down large initiatives into actionable plans
Experience leading multiple cross-functional teams and mentoring engineers
Strong business acumen and ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions
Exposure to AI/ML or Generative AI highly desirable
Strong problem-solving, collaborative leadership, stakeholder engagement, and technical strategy capabilities
