About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Represent the perspective of legal professionals and law firm workflows throughout product discovery, design, and development
- Map legal processes, content needs, user journeys, and operational challenges through customer and market research
- Translate legal practice requirements into product opportunities, functional requirements, validation criteria, and content needs
- Collaborate with Product, Design, Engineering, and Content teams to validate concepts, workflows, terminology, and outcomes
- Review product experiences and AI-generated outputs for legal relevance, clarity, consistency, and practical usefulness
- Engage with customers, subject-matter experts, and internal teams through interviews, workshops, demonstrations, and feedback sessions
- Monitor changes in the legal market and emerging ways of working that may affect customer needs and product priorities
- Contribute to training materials and knowledge-sharing initiatives for internal teams working with legal products
Requirements
What you’ll need- Law degree from an accredited institution
- Recent professional experience at a law firm, with direct exposure to legal routines and client service demands
- Strong knowledge of Brazilian legal practice, legal research, legal content, and professional workflows
- Ability to translate legal complexity into clear, structured, and actionable guidance for non-legal teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Portuguese
- Intermediate to advanced English, with the ability to participate in meetings, collaborate with global teams, and work with professional documentation
- Experience with legal technology, legal operations, knowledge management, innovation, or digital transformation (preferred)
- Familiarity with AI-powered legal research, drafting, or workflow solutions (preferred)
