About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Structure ambiguous business or technology problems into actionable plans with hypotheses, workstreams, dependencies, and success metrics
- Translate business strategy into program plans covering scope, timelines, budgets, risks, benefits realization, and enterprise alignment
- Build business cases, cost/value models, and performance dashboards using data directly
- Lead high-impact, cross-functional programs from conception through completion
- Balance program scope, risk, budget, and timeline
- Maintain governance structures, operating rhythms, PMO standards, tooling, and methodologies
- Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies affecting delivery
- Provide thought leadership to navigate complexity
- Flex across the portfolio as priorities shift
- Lead and develop project managers where required
- Run steering committees and influence VP-level decision-making
- Manage competing priorities across business and technology leaders
- Serve as the primary accountability point for senior stakeholders
- Provide clear, timely status reporting throughout the program lifecycle
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5–10 years of experience in management consulting (Big 4, strategy, or technology consulting) or equivalent in-house transformation roles
- Experience typically developed to Senior Consultant or Manager level and readiness for full end-to-end ownership
- Demonstrated blended skill set delivering complex, cross-functional initiatives across multiple business domains and technologies
- Ability to translate data into insights
- Experience partnering with subject matter experts on strategy and requirements
- Experience owning end-to-end program delivery
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to influence senior leadership, navigate ambiguity, and manage competing priorities
- Track record of leading ambiguous, cross-functional initiatives from scoping through delivery
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to produce executive-ready materials
- Exposure to AI or data transformation programs
- Ability to engage credibly on AI adoption, platform modernization, or automation-driven change initiatives
- Experience operating in a regulated or professional services industry such as legal, financial services, tax, or compliance
- Comfort working to enterprise-grade governance and risk standards
