About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Interact with Global Trade, Compliance, Tax, and Technology professionals at Fortune 500 clients
Lead a team of 10 professional services consultants and support their professional development
Lead business and requirements sessions and produce design/solution documentation for high-visibility, complex projects
Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, Sales, and other key teams to deliver end-to-end solutions
Ensure team implementations run smoothly and track toward timely completion
Promote positive client relationships and handle escalation issues
Serve as lead on large, complex projects as applicable
Partner with Sales as the Professional Services representative in commercial conversations
Create Statements of Work
Drive $1M in upsells
Drive more than $1.5M in sales support
Drive more than $1.5M in revenue
Implement ONESOURCE Global Trade, Compliance, and Tax enterprise software solutions

Requirements

What you’ll need

Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills; ability to share information professionally and concisely
Ability to effectively lead a team and promote engagement
Ability to partner with Sales and drive commercial conversations
Ability to work on multiple initiatives concurrently
Self-starter
Proficiency with computers and standard business software such as Microsoft Office
Creative problem-solving skills and motivation to drive innovation
Ability to work in a diverse work environment
7+ years of relevant work experience preferred
Exposure to Global Trade or Supply Chain businesses, Indirect Tax, Compliance, and/or Tax Return processes preferred
Experience with commercial conversations preferred
Leadership or mentorship experience preferred
Experience with process analysis, design, and mapping preferred
Experience implementing enterprise software, including cloud solutions and third-party applications, preferred
Ability to travel 20% as needed to client sites, offsite training, industry events, and implementations
Ability to relocate if needed
Higher Education Degree or Diploma in Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, International Business, or Computer Science preferred
