About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Build and execute business plans with partners, establishing objectives, priorities, targets, and growth initiatives
  • Act as a consultant by understanding each partner’s business model, strategy, commercial structure, challenges, and opportunities
  • Develop partners’ commercial capabilities across structure, processes, knowledge, market coverage, and demand generation
  • Build joint go-to-market strategies, including prospecting, campaigns, events, account mapping, and pipeline-generation initiatives
  • Support co-selling opportunities by connecting partners with Thomson Reuters sales teams and tracking strategic opportunities
  • Manage the portfolio pipeline and revenue predictability
  • Lead regular business and pipeline reviews and develop action plans
  • Identify expansion opportunities involving new products, markets, segments, or commercial initiatives
  • Ensure partners have access to knowledge, tools, processes, and training
  • Track partners’ progress and maturity within the Partner Program
  • Represent the partners’ perspective internally, connecting their needs with Sales, Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations teams
  • Contribute to the continuous evolution of the Partner Program

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience in partner management, channel management, alliances, business development, consultative B2B sales, or related roles
  • Preferred experience in technology, software, or B2B SaaS companies
  • Experience with Partner Programs and channel ecosystems
  • Experience building and executing business plans with partners or strategic customers
  • Knowledge of consultative B2B sales, pipeline management, sales forecasting, and complex sales cycles
  • Experience with demand-generation initiatives, market development, and account planning
  • Analytical ability to interpret commercial metrics and turn data into action plans
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations
  • Familiarity with CRM and sales management tools
  • Knowledge of the legal market, Legal Tech, or solutions for legal professionals is a plus
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
