Lead the design and development of innovative features advancing AI-native product experiences
Drive integration of LLMs and generative AI technologies into Corporate Tax and Trade products
Streamline Micro Front Ends for low latency, scalability, and excellent user experience
Mentor a globally distributed team of engineering managers, architects, and developers
Lead complex technical initiatives with autonomy in decision-making and technical risk management
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into actionable technical solutions
Define and execute the technical vision for generative AI products
Drive technical execution of AI projects transforming Tax and Trade products

Requirements

What you’ll need

10+ years of hands-on software engineering experience
Proven record of developing scalable, web-based solutions
Expertise with modern UI frameworks such as React, Angular, Vue, or similar
Expertise with TypeScript, Node.js, and Python
Experience with AI technologies, including prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and fine-tuning
Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to influence across organisational boundaries
Ability to mentor others and promote best practices in release management, AI dev tools, and test-driven development
Ability to navigate ambiguity, make data-driven decisions, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
Experience integrating AI/ML technologies into customer-facing applications
Background in enterprise SaaS environments
Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
