About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Coordinate the day-to-day running of the TrustLaw pro bono service
- Review and screen pro bono requests for eligibility and complexity
- Liaise with clients to obtain further information
- Manage scoping calls with the TrustLaw team
- Cross-check posted requests and send weekly legal network-wide communications
- Coordinate connections between legal providers and pro bono clients
- Liaise with firms regarding offers and screen offers for eligibility criteria
- Support in-house-law firm collaborative offers
- Connect complex research projects with multiple legal teams and troubleshoot connection issues
- Liaise with TrustLaw members and respond to queries about the service, offerings, and TrustLaw Portal
- Monitor and manage shared mailboxes, calendars, and team filing systems
- Maintain Salesforce accounts and project records, report metrics, and track pro bono project and connection status
- Coordinate guidance updates and support day-to-day administration of the TrustLaw Portal
- Assist with Salesforce dashboards, metrics, and reporting queries
- Coordinate team meetings, global internal team events, and team inductions/system setup
- Coordinate financial reporting and administration, including support for donor engagement with the TrustLaw Giving Programme
- Coordinate impact-reporting initiatives, including annual Fees & Hours outreach and donor-report data gathering
- Support the global Access to Law team with administrative tasks
- Support webinars, workshops, network engagement activities, and other TrustLaw events
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years' experience in a coordination, administration, or client/account management role
- Experience in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment ideally
- Excellent client relationship skills and strong attention to detail
- Strong experience in general administration and customer service
- Comfortable working with financial administration or reporting processes
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems; Salesforce strongly preferred
- Experience maintaining records, running reports, and using dashboards to track metrics
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to liaise confidently and professionally with law firms, corporate legal teams, NGOs, social enterprises, and a global team
- Fluent English, spoken and written, required
- Additional languages preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a globally distributed team
- Experience in the non-profit, development, or legal sectors is an advantage
- Right to work in India
