About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead technology initiatives across the full project lifecycle
- Plan, execute, monitor, and deliver technology and software projects of varying complexity
- Develop, maintain, and execute project plans, schedules, budgets, and deliverables
- Manage project scope, timelines, dependencies, and resource allocation
- Ensure successful delivery throughout the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
- Partner with business and technology stakeholders to align priorities, objectives, and expected outcomes
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including Engineering, Product Management, Architecture, QA, Business Teams, and external vendors
- Facilitate communication between project teams and leadership
- Support and promote Agile delivery methodologies and best practices
- Facilitate sprint planning, retrospectives, and project governance activities
- Help teams remove blockers and drive continuous delivery of business value
- Identify, assess, monitor, and mitigate project risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies
- Proactively resolve challenges that may impact project delivery
- Maintain project documentation, governance processes, RAID logs, and change management controls
- Deliver regular project status reports, milestone tracking, executive dashboards, and leadership updates
- Ensure compliance with project management standards and reporting requirements
- Identify opportunities to enhance project delivery processes and team collaboration
- Drive operational efficiencies and promote best practices across project teams
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- 6–10 years of project management experience delivering technology or software projects
- Experience managing projects across the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
- Proven experience managing project scope, schedule, budget, resources, quality, and risks
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and frameworks
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across technology and business functions
- Hands-on experience creating and maintaining project plans, RAID logs, status reports, and governance documentation
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience presenting project updates and recommendations to senior leadership
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, planning, and decision-making skills
- Experience working in Agile, Scrum, or hybrid project delivery environments
- Project Management certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, PMI-ACP, or Scrum Master certification are preferred
- Experience managing enterprise-scale technology transformation initiatives is preferred
- Exposure to commercial engineering, software product development, or enterprise technology platforms is preferred
- Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, Confluence, or similar platforms is preferred
- Strong analytical and reporting skills with experience developing executive dashboards and project metrics is preferred
- Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and process improvement is preferred
- Experience working in global, geographically distributed teams is preferred
