About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead strategic projects from initiation through execution

Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in business, technology, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of progressive project management experience
- Proven success leading projects, especially within larger programs
- Deep understanding of project management methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid
- Business acumen and ability to connect strategy to execution
- Exceptional communication, influence, and stakeholder management skills
- Business-level English and Spanish fluency required
- Experience with software development life cycles and technology-enabled process design preferred
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive clarity in complex environments preferred
- Experience working in a matrixed, global organization preferred
- Experience leading projects within larger programs preferred
