About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide strategic and operational leadership across the Corporates Enterprise business
  • Drive sales growth, revenue, customer retention, and commercial excellence
  • Lead and develop a high-performing account management organization
  • Define and execute growth strategies to expand market share and maximize revenue
  • Establish sales discipline, predictable business rhythms, sales standards, and accountability for commercial targets
  • Manage pipeline and forecasts, ensuring coverage, rigor, accuracy, and accountability
  • Coach and develop sales leaders and teams
  • Identify and execute upsell and co-sell opportunities, optimize product mix, and deepen customer engagement
  • Benchmark performance, assess territory potential, identify opportunities, and contribute to quota and commercial planning
  • Drive integrated customer planning and engage directly with customers and partners
  • Partner with Industry and Product Specialists on go-to-market initiatives and customer solutions
  • Foster a high-performing, collaborative, and results-oriented sales culture

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant professional experience
  • 10+ years of people management or relevant sales leadership experience
  • Demonstrated track record of success within the corporate SaaS landscape
  • Strong commercial and industry knowledge
  • Strong sales leadership capabilities, including pipeline management, forecasting, customer engagement, and delivery against revenue and growth targets
  • Excellent interpersonal, influencing, and communication skills
  • Fluency in English
  • Ability to collaborate effectively and influence stakeholders at all levels within a complex, matrixed organization
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities
  • Master’s degree (preferred)
  • Experience leading enterprise sales or account management organizations in a complex B2B environment (preferred)
  • Experience partnering across Sales, Product, and Industry teams to develop integrated customer solutions and go-to-market strategies (preferred)
  • Demonstrated ability to lead through change and foster a high-performance, results-oriented team culture (preferred)
