About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Design, develop, and deliver learning solutions supporting onboarding and continuous development of Customer Service professionals
  • Deliver product and process training in live, virtual, and blended environments
  • Manage training logistics, including scheduling, registration, and attendance tracking
  • Develop curricula and reference guides for Customer Service professionals
  • Conduct needs analysis to determine training needs and delivery methods
  • Partner with Training, Quality, Customer Service leadership, and internal stakeholders on needs-based training
  • Measure training program effectiveness and use data to enhance learning experiences
  • Evaluate customer contacts and provide feedback and coaching
  • Develop communication vehicles for training and quality programs
  • Participate in quality and calibration sessions as a subject matter expert
  • Create learning materials including facilitator guides, online training, self-study guides, case studies, demonstrations, and simulations
  • Consult with stakeholders on leveraging training to support business plans and goals
  • Apply adult learning principles to curriculum components
  • Build and document business cases for learning and development investment
  • Lead training project management across planning, resourcing, evaluation, and improvement
  • Adjust learning approaches, course structures, and timelines in a fast-paced environment
  • Align learning objectives with strategic goals

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • Advanced knowledge of training models and measurements, e.g., ADDIE and Kirkpatrick
  • Excellent writing, presentation, and overall communication skills
  • Excellent organization and prioritization skills
  • Educational background or coursework related to Education, Learning & Development, or a related field preferred
  • 2-3 years of training experience or background with similar industry experience preferred
  • Strong knowledge of Thomson Reuters Legal products and service preferred
