About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead Financial Due Diligence projects for buy-side and sell-side transactions across diverse business segments and models, including SaaS
- Own and execute the end-to-end deal execution process
- Perform and review Quality of Earnings, working capital, and net debt analyses
- Support analysis of financial clauses, pricing mechanisms, and accounting definitions within Sale and Purchase Agreements
- Interpret operational and commercial information to assess the sustainability and quality of target financial results
- Collaborate with Corporate Development, Finance, Legal, Tax, and Business leadership
- Interact with senior leadership, target companies, and stakeholders throughout the transaction lifecycle
- Prepare and review executive reports, presentations, and strategic recommendations
- Apply data tools, automation, and artificial intelligence, including generative AI, to enhance financial analysis and due diligence
- Manage multiple concurrent projects in dynamic, high-complexity environments
- Develop and mentor team members
Requirements
What you’ll need- Fluency in English
- Solid knowledge of financial statements under IFRS
- Strong experience in Financial Due Diligence, Transaction Services, M&A, or Audit
- Expertise in Quality of Earnings (QoE), working capital, and net debt analysis
- Experience analyzing pricing mechanisms in M&A transactions
- Ability to interpret operational and commercial information to evaluate the sustainability of financial results
- Interest and experience in using data, automation, and AI tools applied to financial analysis and productivity
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across global and diverse teams
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Experience with data visualization and analytics tools (Power BI, Alteryx, Tableau, or equivalents) is a plus
- Familiarity with generative AI (GenAI) applications, automation, and emerging technologies applied to due diligence and financial analysis is a plus
- Experience with cross-border transactions and interaction with international investors and stakeholders is a plus
- Experience working in a multinational company is a plus
