About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Define and execute product strategy for CoCounsel Tax, Audit & Accounting across corporate customers
  • Identify market opportunities and prioritize product-market fit for in-house tax, accounting, and financial teams
  • Own the CoCounsel experience vision for corporate customers and adapt it to in-house workflows and personas
  • Engage customers and partners to identify unmet needs and validate hypotheses
  • Analyze usage data and behavior patterns to inform strategy and roadmap priorities
  • Translate complex workflows into clear, actionable product requirements
  • Oversee workflow integrations, security and compliance capabilities, and scalable enterprise deployment models
  • Create a corporate templates library and revamp onboarding for corporate users
  • Develop the corporate AI strategy around MCP/API integrations
  • Define how CoCounsel agentic capabilities connect across the corporate product portfolio
  • Partner with engineering, data science, and subject matter experts to design, develop, and launch AI-driven features
  • Liaise with product marketing, sales, and sales operations on go-to-market strategy, field feedback, positioning, and enablement

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of product management experience
  • Track record of delivering enterprise SaaS or legal/tax technology products
  • Deep understanding of in-house corporate tax, accounting, and financial reporting workflows
  • Familiarity with the broader corporate tax product portfolio and landscape
  • Strong grasp of AI-driven product development, including agentic platforms
  • Practical application of MCP/API integration strategies for complex enterprise personas
  • Proven ability to manage and influence diverse stakeholders
  • Comfortable in customer-facing settings, including product demos and discovery conversations
  • Experience partnering with engineering, data science, and subject matter expert teams
  • Ability to ship sophisticated, technically complex products
  • Ability to distill complex concepts for technical teams and senior business stakeholders
  • Experience navigating security, compliance, and integration requirements for global corporations
  • Comfortable operating in a resource-constrained, fast-moving environment
  • Familiarity with AI coding and AI-assisted development tools is a plus
