About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Design core templatized experiences and reusable components for marketing web deliverables
  • Create distinctive brand-forward campaign and marketing initiative experiences while maintaining brand alignment
  • Leverage AI-native tools and Claude-based design solutions to accelerate iteration and optimize workflows
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and design validation
  • Collaborate with engineering and product teams on design handoff and implementation
  • Partner with the optimization team to test designs, gather user feedback, and iterate based on performance metrics
  • Contribute to design system evolution and component documentation
  • Participate in design critiques and share knowledge with design and marketing teams
  • Design, architect, and evaluate company products providing solutions for end users
  • Provide product usability evaluation and support to product development teams

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3-5 years of UX/UI design experience
  • Proficiency with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (XD, Photoshop, Illustrator), Adobe Firefly, and Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
  • Strong grasp of UI design principles, design systems, and component-based architecture
  • Hands-on experience using AI-native design tools and integrating AI into design workflows
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating UX thinking, visual design, and problem-solving capabilities
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills; ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Experience designing marketing or digital experiences
  • Proficient experience with Claude API or Claude-based design integrations
  • Familiarity with design accessibility (WCAG) and inclusive design
  • Experience with user research, usability testing, data-informed design, and synthetic audience research
  • Track record of shipping projects quickly and iterating based on feedback
