About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Conduct consultative intake sessions with hiring managers
  • Align expectations, timelines, candidate profiles, sourcing strategy, and communication cadence
  • Own and manage full-cycle recruitment for ANZ roles
  • Use direct reach, job boards, social media, and referrals to build strong, diverse talent pools
  • Screen, interview, and present top talent to hiring teams
  • Partner with agency vendors where needed
  • Guide hiring managers, candidates, and HR through the selection process
  • Negotiate offers and close candidates
  • Advise ANZ business stakeholders on market insights, salary benchmarking, and hiring trends
  • Contribute to APAC and global talent acquisition initiatives, including employer branding, careers events, EVP projects, and continuous improvement
  • Support and collaborate with the wider APAC recruiting team
  • Share knowledge and best practices across the region

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of recruitment experience
  • Ideally in-house recruitment experience within a global matrixed organization
  • Substantial experience recruiting for the ANZ market
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Strong consultative and influencing skills
  • Comfortable negotiating offers and managing competing priorities
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to HRIS/ATS platforms
  • Prior experience with Workday is a plus
  • Ability to work efficiently and accurately under time pressure across multiple concurrent searches
  • Collaborative mindset and enthusiasm for regional and global TA teamwork
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Proficiency in additional APAC languages is an advantage
  • Candidates must not require work visa sponsorship in their current location
