About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support negotiations for Software, Technology Services, Infrastructure, and Hardware agreements, including pricing, licensing models, SLAs, liability, data protection, and renewal terms
- Manage a portfolio of IT vendor contracts and renewals
- Analyze spend, contracts, suppliers, and market conditions to inform sourcing strategies
- Collaborate with Legal, Privacy, Information Security, Finance, and business stakeholders on contractual documents
- Contribute to sourcing methodologies, technical capabilities, standards, processes, and systems improvement
- Identify sourcing opportunities and maintain a pipeline supporting category leads and business stakeholders
- Monitor supplier performance, licensing utilization, contractual commitments, and renewal timelines
- Build knowledge of technology sourcing categories and internal IT and procurement functions
- Understand business needs, assess sourcing requirements, and recommend solutions
- Analyze sourcing issues and propose practical solutions
- Build relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders
- Support improvement of IT sourcing, vendor-management, project-management, and procurement operations
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal
- One or more years of experience in IT sourcing, procurement, vendor management, contract negotiation, or a related field
- Experience supporting or managing sourcing activities within Software, Technology Services, Infrastructure, Hardware, or related technology categories
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate commercial and contractual terms with suppliers, including pricing, licensing, SLAs, liability caps, and data-protection provisions
- Ability to manage vendor contracts, renewal schedules, license usage, billing processes, and budget-related activities
- Strong analytical skills, including the ability to review spend, contracts, supplier information, and market alternatives
- Ability to interpret internal customer needs and translate them into technology sourcing requirements
- Strong relationship-management skills and ability to collaborate with Legal, Privacy, Information Security, Finance, procurement, and business stakeholders
- Professional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet tight deadlines, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work collaboratively while demonstrating initiative and accountability
- Self-starter mindset, ability to drive results with moderate direction, and willingness to develop new skills
- Working knowledge of standard IT contract types and commercial terms, including MSAs, DPAs, SOWs, order forms, and software license agreements
- Experience using procurement, sourcing, or contract-management systems such as Ariba, SAP, or ServiceNow
- Experience managing projects or a portfolio of sourcing initiatives
- Familiarity with technology-market alternatives, supplier landscapes, and category-management practices
- Experience negotiating with technology suppliers and internal stakeholders
- Experience supporting sourcing transformation, procurement process improvement, or systems implementation initiatives
- Familiarity with software licensing models, vendor-performance management, and technology contract renewals
- Experience working in a global, matrixed, or cross-functional corporate environment
- Knowledge of risk, compliance, privacy, information security, and data-protection requirements in technology procurement
