About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Build and convert a strong pipeline of opportunities with mid-sized and enterprise organisations across Ireland
  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and consultative discovery through proposal development, commercial negotiation and closing
  • Retain ownership of clients and build trusted relationships
  • Maintain account plans and identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities
  • Coordinate with delivery teams to support successful outcomes and long-term retention
  • Engage senior stakeholders including CISOs, technology leaders and procurement teams
  • Understand business and security priorities and shape relevant services
  • Develop territory and account plans
  • Maintain an accurate pipeline and sales forecast
  • Use market and client insight to influence wider sales and marketing priorities

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • At least five years’ experience selling cybersecurity, technology or complex professional services
  • Demonstrated success building a pipeline and book of business from the ground up
  • Experience managing sales cycles and delivering revenue
  • Knowledge of the Irish business landscape and relevant decision-makers
  • Experience developing existing accounts, navigating multiple stakeholders, identifying additional needs and retaining long-term client relationships
  • Consultative sales experience
  • New-business acquisition track record
  • Commercially astute and strategically focused
  • Ability to build relationships through targeted outreach, referrals and professional networks
  • Ability to sell to mid-market and enterprise customers
  • Experience engaging CISOs, technology leaders, procurement teams and other senior decision-makers
