About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assist in building and maintaining a pipeline of diverse candidates and tracking their progress through the selection process
- Participate in candidate outreach and communication, including scheduling and follow-ups
- Support Career Overview meetings and learn how to present opportunities to prospective candidates
- Help coordinate logistics for recruiting events such as career fairs and job boards
- Learn to use systems like Workday and CRM tools to manage candidate data and reporting
- Collaborate with recruiting specialists and leaders to identify process improvements
- Shadow and support the implementation of the Recruiting Playbook and selection best practices
- Work closely with the Advisor Growth Center of Excellence and regional Advisor Group leaders to support recruiting operations
Requirements
What you’ll need- Current college junior, senior, or recent college graduate
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Communications, Business, or related field
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Interest in recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR operations
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Workday or CRM tools is a plus
- Takes personal responsibility for the quality and content of the work and complies with information confidentiality requirements where applicable
- Establishes and maintains effective relationships by collaborating with business partners and teams by fully understanding their needs and consistently meeting their expectations
- Strong problem identification and analytical skills
- Well-developed written and oral communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, Teams, and PowerPoint
- Open to a flexible, hybrid work environment
- Ability to work in the United States for indefinite period without sponsorship
